Our on-site venue manager is present during your event to ensure the property is perfect for your event. They are there to represent the property and to oversee the use of the facilities.

Your event/wedding planner or event/wedding coordinator works for you - to assist with managing your budget, arranging and overseeing your vendors, negotiating contracts, guest counts, décor, and ensuring that your event runs as planned.

Our on-site venue manager works for our company – to focus on the property so you can enjoy your event. We know everything about our property, and we understand Asheville’s rules regarding hosting events. We handle any property issues that may arise so you can relax and focus on your guests.

Before your event, the venue manager arrives early to do a walkthrough of the property and take care of any last-minute needs, check the restrooms, and post any needed signage.

Once your event begins, they will monitor and restock the restrooms, assist with cleaning up spills, and answer questions from your vendor

Toward the end of the event, the venue manager makes sure that the DJ or band ends by the required time (10pm). When the event has ended, the venue manager will make sure your guests and vendors have removed their belongings, ensure that everyone leaves the property, and inspect the property for damages. They will be the last person on the property.
